Things you should know before come to ask for recommendation letter at MRO office

This recommendation is requested for those who is UNHCR card holder married with a person who doesn't have UNHCR card and that he/she to be able submitted their marriage to UNHCR office. In order to request this kind of recommendation letter, you must have UHNCR card and your wife/husband has to have community card.

Recommendation Letter for Including Family Member    | Cost - RM30 |

(You can come alone as it isn't required any signature)

This recommendation is requested to be able including their family members for those who had said that he/she has wife, children or siblings who isn't in Malaysia when they got UNHCR registered and family members arrived at later times. In order to request this kind of recommendation letter, your family members must have community card and your siblings must be under 18 years old.

Recommendation Letter for Endorsement of MRO member   | Cost - RM30 |

(You or your partner can come as it isn't required any signature)

This recommendation is requested in case of you're arrested or detained by the authorities and they're asking you to have an endorsement as your community card makes them suspect. Your employer sometimes might ask you such this kind of recommendation letter on your employment cases.
